Who we are looking for:
Zylotech is looking for an entrepreneurial product manager to join our team and act as a catalyst to accelerate the growth of our platform. The person who fills this newly-created role will become a key member of the Product team, and work collaboratively across Product & Marketing in scaling up a consumer experience that already engages millions of passionate readers every day.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience of min. 1-2 years of B2B product management experience in a startup or similar high-growth environment, with a demonstrated track record of driving significant user adoption and growth.

What you’ll do:
Drive the execution of our product roadmap – conceptualizing, defining, prioritizing, and shipping features and products to further the needs of our clients and the business
Continuously work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and create user stories Identify the most impactful new features and levers for growth, and then turn those insights into specific, actionable, near-term initiatives that accelerate user adoption.
Industry & competition research, feature comparison, relevant product marketing documentation.
Establish a strong partnership with Marketing and Engineering teams to enable us to hit our periodic goals and lead the long-term goals
Work with leadership, marketing, and Industry analyst to further evangelize and educate prospects.
Create, monitor, and understand the key metrics for the platform, and work to continuously improve them
What we seek:
Ideal candidates for the position will have most of the following experience and skills:
MBA in Marketing/ Digital /General Business. Bachelor’s degree in computer science a plus
A well-honed ability to assess customer needs and preferences through user surveys, A/B testing, market research, data analysis, and rapid experimentation.
Past experience executing on multiple growth strategies, such as feature development and funnel optimization
Ability to distill complex concepts into easily digestible information and drive stakeholder alignment
The ability to work independently, self-manage, and both set and meet ambitious goals
Passion to build, scale and evangelize for emerging technology, enterprise software.
